3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options offered at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent with order details once your purchase is complete.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided during checkout and depend on your selected shipping method and location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID that matches the name on the order.
Okie Marketplace is not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items, and requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

If approved, we will offer store credit or a replacement, based on availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to our error.
Local returns may be dropped off at our pickup location during regular hours.
