📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During sales, launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to ship quickly!
🚚 Shipping Methods
We currently ship via USPS and UPS (depending on your selection at checkout). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
📍 Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days once your order has been shipped, depending on your location and shipping method.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
🛍️ Local Pickup (if applicable)
If local pickup is available, you’ll see the option at checkout. Pickup instructions and hours will be shared via email once your order is ready.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We’re happy to help if you experience issues, but please understand we can’t control delivery delays or mishandling by USPS/UPS.
